Hey Kids!

Hey. This'll have to be a short entry 'cause I'm actually at work right now, on the clock, getting paid. But anyway, yes.

So, the lastest addition to my neverending financial aid saga is that the "Central Processor" rejected my FAFSA. Thus, I have decided that I cannot go to graduate school, because worrying about getting it paid for is more stress than working 50 hours in a week at a job you hate. But I refuse to be stuck in this job forever. Oh no. I'm gonna move up in the world. Maybe to a shop down in New Paltz where I don't have to make milkshakes.

Just kidding. Anyway, I went online and called the number and all that bull and hopefully the mess is straitened out. If it isn't, you'll know by the me not showing up to school at all and the obituary notice stated that I've thrown myself out of a sixth story window in the Hotel.

Anyway. Better news. Well, different anyway. I'm gonna be on tv.

Yeah, so this camera crew came to the shop the other day, while I was working, and they come up to me and ask if we make any special drinks. So I tell them all about the Lemon Squeeze, which is a milkshake we make here, and then they're like, "Can you say that for us on camera, while you're making one?" and I'm like "Uh . . . okay." So then, this kid comes up to me and has me signing this release while this woman sneaks up behind me and starts wiring me up with a mic. It was ridicuouls. So here I am, all wired up and waiting to give my Lemon Squeeze schpeill (or however you spell that) and trying to keep containment on the regular crowd and answer the phone, a little stressed, but it went over well in the end. It was pretty funny. They taped me talking and making this drink, and then they hade to tape the drink making from another angle, and yadda yadda. It was funny. So anyway, the show is Living it Up with George (sklajfd), and they're gonna tell me when it will air, and I will laugh and swear that the camera adds forty pounds, not ten.

So yeah, that and a little bit of psychosis from my couped up (and twice fractured with a big heavy cast) mother, is all the news I've got for now. Okay, back to work (for like 15 minutes).
