L is here!
Record time! I had this guy finished on Monday evening, and made his second outfit and other accouterments yesterday. So all in all, he was totally finished within 36 hours of starting him, pretty much. Yeah, I'm a freak. I would have posted him yesterday, only the dlink was working like crap.
L, from Deathnote. Yes, I don't really watch that much anime (excepting what Chels shows me, I don't actually watch any). But I really liked Deathnote and loooved L. So here he is.
His hair is a little Tim Burtony, I think, but I still like him.

And, because it is L, he had to have some cake.
And, as was requested and required, I made him a pretty dress. It's blue (because gold would wash him right out) and empire-waisted (to draw attention away from his flat chestedness)
"I'm a pretty girl!"
"The boys will like me then, yes?"

And I also made him a little clutch bag to match his dress so he can carry around his (what else?) cake, plate, and fork.
He's made of broadcloth (as usual, I loves my broadcloth), his dress is actual satin (a pain in my ass, but pretty), his hair is made of black corriedale wool, his shirt is muslin (so it's a bit difficult to pull on him, even with his narrow little hips), the cake is made of felt and broadcloth, and the plate and fork are made of sculpey. Yaay!
