Thank you, Old English

Old english word of the day:

collenferð (adj) brave, stout-hearted

Which is pronounced almost exactly the same as Colin Firth who is hot.

I wish I liked him, but I don't. I won't watch Pride and Prejudice because he's in it.

OTOH, my slight dislike for him made him perfect in the movie performance of the The Importance of Being Earnest.

I thought he was just about the only good thing in The Importance of Being Earnest.

But I never liked Earnest very much either - so it was a perfect match. If I liked him, then it would have been wrong on too many levels. As it was, I enjoyed the movie very much.

There should actually be laws against being as hott as Mr. Colin Firth is. He´ll simply have to be locked away. Preferrably in my room. . .
Bree, do you have the mini series on DVD? I´d love to borrow it over break, if I may. I loved the book, I´m glad it was my only real option. I brought it last minute, and was stuck looking at the binding while it sat on my shelf for the past two months until I finally caved; I probably wouldn´t have given it a chance at home. :)

Boy howdy, do I have the miniseries. Best. Thing. Evar. Yeah, you can borrow it, but you must return it unscathed and in a timely fashion or face the penalty of death. Bwah hah hah.

So, I can watch it while scaling a volcano, then return it when I get back in 3 years? Awesome. ;)

Thanks. I will be forever grateful.
