hey all

So, I'm home now. Obviously. Had my sugery the other day, that was a trip. They put me to sleep (thank god!) and I woke up with this contraption on my hand. So, I can't do much with my left hand right now (imagine the fun of typing this!) and I am on Vicodin (which mostly makes me sleep. All I can see of my hand are my swollen knuckles and my fingers (which make my wrist hurt when I move them). I have to keep the stupid thing elevated, and I feel kinda woozy. I have to lay around all day, so every time I get up, my head hurts.

But, in my convalescence, I started watching the 4400 (which will make Julie happy :) ). I saw the one with Summer Glau and Jeffrey Combs. Marco is hilarious. I wonder if the show is on dvd yet?

Anyway, I'm starting to feel a little gross, so I'm gonna go lie down. Talk to y'all later.

Hey, I hope you are feeling better and not so woozy (make Hallie take care of you, lol). On a funny note, I just saw Summer Glau in an episode of Cold Case last night. It was pretty funny. Actually it was disturbing, but when they showed her getting murdered, I kept thinking "pull a River on him and kick his ass"!! Anyway, get better soon!

I'm a terrible friend and didn't even know about any ganglionic cyst... but I hope you are feeling better just the same. You need a strong wrist so we can play our slapping-kicking games! Remember those? Ahh the memories...

I tried to call you today to see how you were doing, but you must have been asleep or summat. I'm glad to hear from you though. Just think, when I see you next, you'll be all healed and stuff! Yay!

Glad to know the surgery went okay. Have fun healing and vegging out, watchin' TV. I had great intentions of getting into the 4400, but I got distracted by something.
