Mif to Wednesdays . . .
But this one wasn't so bad. I went to French, which was bleh cuz I had a quiz I forgot to study for. Then ate lunch. Then went to Politics through Gender, which was miffy cuz I had to do group work (eww). But then I didn't have to go to band, so I went to the hosipital to see Matt with Noelle and Suzi. He seems to be doing better, walking about and all. So then I came back, fell asleep reading Rienaldo Arenas and then went off to Potter class. Presentations.
Then we went to STD inductions, which was fun. It was at Wilbur Park, which is the coolest place in Oneonta that I'd never seen before. Very pretty, and with a very nice park. With swings, and slides and a zip line thingie, and see-saws. Whee! And for the reading, I read Christina Rossetti's "No Thank You, John," which is humorous. It was good, and I ate veggie burgers. It was good and fun.
Then, while I was in the shower, something vaugly resembling this
flew into my room. Apparently the suspect was a bit brighter than the one in the pic, and the actual species is in question (nuthatch? yellow warbler? who can say?) but the only thing that can be said for sure is that I didn't get to see it. Mif.
