Holy crap lions! I just found out THE COOLEST THING EVER!

So I was finishing up my audiobook of the first book of the Diadem series by John Peel, which came out when I was like 14 and I have been obsessed with ever since. And then I thought, well, I'll have a look and see if there are still any websites up about the books, because Scholastic is retarded and discontinued them after only six books, and that was years ago. So I looked online and found this really cool Diadem site that just started last month. And I thought that was weird, but I was happy anyway. So I started reading stuff on this site, and I found out that John Peel got the rights from Scholastic and has taken it to a new publisher, Llewellyn, and they're reprinting the books and signed him to write the new ones he's been planning!!! Wheeee!!!! Wheeeee!!!!!

Yay! I am a superdork! I can't wait. I even checked Amazon to make sure that these people weren't off their rockers and making stuff up, and they aren't! Book of Names is coming out in Hardcover(!!) in August, and Book of Signs is set to come out in September! Wheeee! I can't wait!

The only thing that sucks is that they have to get new cover art. Blah. I've seen the pic for the cover of the second book, and it's not very exciting. The old art was way cooler, but I'm just glad that they're coming out again. Whee! Now everyone needs to tell everyone who could possibly care so that we can all buy them so that Llewwllyn will let him continue to write them so that Score and Helaine can get together! Wheeee!! I can't wait for the new Hardcovers to come out, because my old softcovers are falling apart from being read so many times. Wheeeee!
